In Seattle, some people are preparing to rent out their homes and would like someone to help manage them; others need a place to live temporarily for a few months because of work, internships or relocation.

This week, we will have a booth at The Mixer at Microsoft headquarters. We have prepared services for both of these different needs, and you are welcome to stop by and learn more.

01｜Have a home to rent out and want help managing it?

If you own a home in Seattle or on the Eastside and are considering renting it out, taking an extended trip or returning to Asia for a while, come chat with us.

Snowball Rentals (www.snowballrentals.com) focuses on short-term and mid-term rental home management in the Seattle area. It currently manages more than 150 furnished homes and helps with pricing, finding tenants, check-ins, cleaning, repair coordination and day-to-day management.

At the booth, you can tell us the location, layout and furnishings of your home, along with the period when you expect it to be available to rent. We will consider your plans and help you gain an initial understanding of suitable rental options.
